The Strategic Approach
Working collaboratively with the Vave Health team and our engineering partners, we found a sweet spot in the architectural layout to deliver a compelling solution that balances handheld use, power, heat dissipation, ergonomics, and performance.
By targeting portability as a central enabler of adoption and usability, the rechargeable, swappable battery system allowed a cordless experience that allows care to transcend beyond the walls of doctor’s offices and hospitals.

Box Clever created an end to end product experience that provides doctors, patients, and the company the right service and flexibility to meet their needs. Ultimately, portable tools like Vave will empower physicians to make better decisions, save time, and improve the quality of care.
The Business Impact
Launched October 2020. This design solution opens up new business models around equipment access, and enables a design system that is the foundation for current and future product offerings.
